NAVAL ACADEMY BAND "NEXT WAVE"
I am very excited to have won the jazz guitar position for the Naval Academy Band in Annapolis, MD. I am currently working on the paperwork, and can't wait to start playing with the band. I will be playing with the Naval Academy Jazz Band "Next Wave," under the direction of Drummer Joe McCarthy, and also with jazz combos and other ensembles. It's great to be back in the Washington D.C. area!!

Shawn will be a Visiting Lecturer in the Jazz Studies Department at Indiana University Bloomington this semester, teaching Jazz Improvisation III as well as coaching 7-8 jazz combos. He is thrilled to be a part of this Killer jazz program!!!
